Flourisse blossomed from the heart of Trécy’s kitchen - the home where my love for flavor, care, and community first took root. What began as nourishing meals and handcrafted sweets soon grew into a botanical expression of artistry and warmth - a sister brand that celebrates beauty, nature and nostalgia in every bite.
Flourisse is a one-woman dream, hand-whisked to life with love, artistry, and the quiet magic of botanicals.
Inspired by the soulful flavors of my Haitian heritage and a deep reverence for nature's beauty, I create baked goods that bloom with heart, tradition, and whimsy.

At Flourisse, every ingredient is chosen with intention. From the first bloom to the final bite. I source organic flowers, natural sweeteners, and rich, aromatic spices to ensure each creation tastes as beautiful as it looks. My edible flowers are either homegrown or sourced from trusted local growers who share my love for quality and sustainability.
Lavender, rose, hibiscus, elderflower, and violet are just a few of the botanicals I hand-select to bring both flavor and elegance to every bake. These aren’t just decorations; they are part of the story. Adding subtle notes of floral warmth and depth to every pastry.
Baking is a personal ritual of care, and I believe that shows in every detail. From the petals I press to the final drizzle of glaze. Here, at Flourisse beauty; isn't just on the surface. It blooms from within.
“I ordered the brownies with lavender icing. 24 hours later, I'm still thinking about them!
Each brownie is moist and not too sweet (major for me!). The portion is perfect as a snack, a treat or a midday pick me up.
The lavender icing is unlike anything I've ever tasted and elevates the brownie from great to luxury great.
